National Pie Day January 23rd

Did you know there was a National Pie Day?!?!?  Me neither!

Well…there is!  And it is coming up quickly…so…being the newest & only pie bakery here on Kaua’i…we need to celebrate!

Join us on Saturday, January 23rd at the KCC Farmer’s Market.  Not only can you stock up on produce for the week, purchase some beautiful flowers and have some lunch…BUT…you can ALSO join in the fun of National Pie Day!

I will be sharing a demonstration at 10:30 am on pie dough skills and choosing fresh produce.  Attend the demo if you have questions/concerns on your pie making skills!  We will also be sharing a pie tips sheet with all demonstration participants AND coupons for discounts on your next pie slices!

Stop by the booth after the demo if you have questions for me!  I would love to answer them.

We will also have the book, Humble Pie by Anne Dimock, for sale at our booth on National Pie Day!   Anne lives here on Kaua’i and has written this fabulous book filled with stories of life in a pie family, as well as sharing some of her favorite recipes.  Due to a scheduling conflict Anne will not be able to join us for a book signing, but we will have plenty of copies on hand for you!  This book makes a GREAT gift!!!

Need a whole pie?  We will be having drawings for FREE pies during the market as well as having many FRESH Pie Flavors available for purchase.

Haven’t tried our The Right Slice, Kaua’i Fresh Pies yet?  Well stop in on the 23rd!  We will be having pie slices for $4!!!  While supplies last!  So come early!
