I know I have been bad at posting….we have had a busy month!
I spent three days at the Polynesian Festival….sold pies by the slice and whole. It was a fabulous event, and we had the perfect spot for watching the dancers preform! Thanks, Wendy, for getting us in at the last minute!
Then yesterday I was up and baking at 4 am….we had our first booth at the annual Taste of Hawaii fundraiser in Kapa’a. What a day!!! Great food, fantastic entertainment and new friends! Already looking forward to next year! We were well prepared….even had a little extra Chocolate Coconut Pie leftover….hmmm…keep an eye out…we just might see some Chocolate Coconut Gelato coming out of that! 😉
This weekend don’t forget….Friday night in Hanapepe, from 5-9, then Saturday morning’s market moves to 9 am! Don’t be late!
Some of this weekend’s flavors are: Carrot Custard, Blueberry Ginger, Paradise Pie and more….swing in for a slice or take home one of our new baby pies…an 8 inch round of goodness…perfect for 4-6 servings!
