The Right Slice 4th of July Hours

Can you believe that it is almost the end of June???

We have had lots of excitement at the Bakery the past few weeks, so now we are playing catch up.

You may have heard, if you follow us on Facebook, that we have been thinking of making homemade biscuits.  We are in the middle of testing out our recipes and hoped to have them ready for weekend sales as of July..BUT…that is not coming together as fast as we would like…so our new goal is August/September…so watch for that.   We plan to offer fresh baked biscuits 2 days a week along with homemade gravy, local jams and honey.  We will keep you posted on our progress.

We are gearing up for Saturday’s Red Clay Jazz Festival here on Kaua’i.  We will be serving both our savory pot pies and our sweet pies there on Saturday from 3-7.  Be sure to stop in!

Next week we are planning to close the Lihue Bakery location so that our bakers can enjoy some family time.  We will however still have our weekly booth at the Kukui’ula Culinary Market in Po’ipu…so if you have an all American Pie Craving on the 4th, come on down to Po’ipu and see Baker Sandy!  She will have lots of yumminess to choose from!
