Pie Shipping Test Update
What a pie adventure we have embarked on!
Our first round of pie tests are now complete. Thank you very much to those who received our first pies…well, if you can call them pies…cobbler maybe?

Poor little pies! All of our pies arrived with in the USPS timeframe. Some quite early, others on the last day. But none of the pies we shipped out made it in one nice round piece!
So, we are back to the drawing board for packaging and will be working on our next round of tests in the next week or two.
We are so grateful for the outpouring of support in our newest endeavor! We have more than enough pie shipping test customers in our file to fill our needs! Thank you so much for all who offered! We will no longer be accepting applicants, as our inbox is overflowing!
If/When you are chosen, you will be emailed a link to order your test shipment. Please know we have a HUGE list of volunteers and will be working through it as we go. All applications will be considered. If applicants did not complete all of the questions, they will not be considered, it is the easiest way for our staff to narrow down the list. We know you are anxiously awaiting your turn, but please know we cannot keep up with the emails inquiring if you have been accepted…we still have our day to day pie baking to keep up with!
Please be patient as we do multiple shipments and then wait for their results before we send out the next batch. After we receive the customer feedback and photographic results, we re-evaluate and decide what our next test will be. Sometimes we have to wait for new packaging samples to arrive before we can do so…this will be a month’s long journey!
We are trying our hardest to keep the waste to a minimum with our shipping tests, so plastic bubble wraps and foam inserts are not on our list of options. We are excited to see what we can come up with!
We will be sure to keep you updated here on the blog with our hopefully better results along the way!
Mahalos as always for your support.
