The Busiest Week of the Year

This is it — the week the mixers hum from open to close and our dough bins seem to refill themselves. It’s the week our team brings out their best dance-work moves, sliding from freezer to oven to cooling rack like it’s a well-rehearsed hula.

We joke that it’s our “pie marathon,” but we wouldn’t trade it for anything. Our crew shows up with humor, determination, and plenty of aloha for each other.
