April has a way of slipping by quietly. It doesn’t rush you the way the holidays do, and it doesn’t demand your attention it just unfolds. One good day into the next. A few small moments that turn into something more than you expected. And then suddenly, you’re here at the end of the month wondering where it went. That’s your cue to slow it down for a minute. Not everything needs to roll straight into what’s next. Sometimes it’s worth taking a second to actually notice what just happened the good days, the busy ones, the unexpected ones in between. This is where simple things matter most.

We’re finishing the month with Apple Pie a classic that don’t try to be anything other than what they are. Apple Crumble is warm, familiar, and grounding. Soft apples, that buttery crumble on top, and just enough spice to make it feel like comfort without being heavy. It’s the kind of pie that feels like it’s always been there when you needed it. What’s your favorite Apple Pie?
