National Macaroon Day is finally here, and we’re celebrating one of our most talked about pies in the bakery our Chocolate Coconut Macaroon Pie. Sweet, toasted coconut paired with silky chocolate ganache and creamy coconut custard creates a dessert that somehow feels both comforting and indulgent at the same time.
