National Macaroon Day

National Macaroon Day is finally here, and we’re celebrating one of our most talked about pies in the bakery our Chocolate Coconut Macaroon Pie. There’s something magical about the combination of chocolate and coconut. Sweet, toasted coconut paired with silky chocolate ganache and creamy coconut custard creates a dessert that somehow feels both comforting and indulgent at the same time.

Macaroons themselves have been around for centuries, evolving into different versions around the world. Here in Hawaii, coconut desserts feel especially at home thanks to the islands’ tropical flavors and local influences. At The Right Slice, we love creating desserts that feel memorable.
