Running a small business out here isn’t some picture-perfect postcard. It’s early mornings. Long days. Constant problem solving. It’s showing up even when things are tough and figuring it out anyway. Handmade isn’t the fastest way. It’s not always the easiest either. But it’s the difference between something that’s just “good” … and something that people remember. Every crust we roll, every filling we prep it all adds up. You can taste it. We’ve had customers tell us they can tell the difference before they even finish the first bite. That’s what keeps us committed to doing things this way. It matters. And on an island like Kauai, where people value quality and connection, we think it always will.

Have you ever tasted something and instantly knew it was homemade?
What keeps it going? You. Every person who walks through the door. Every regular who comes back. Every new customer who decides to give us a shot. That support matters more than most people realize. We’re not a big chain. We’ve built this one pie at a time. And we’re still here because of this community.

OUR FAVORITE THINGS
Aloha and thank you for putting in the hard work. When visiting yearly, I always stop in or buy from the Farmer’s Market your delicious pies. Your Lilikoi cheesecake is my favorite. I used to also enjoy your keylime bars. I always recommend your fantastic pies to anyone I know that is visiting beautiful Kauai.
See you next April.
Mahalo,
