Thanksgiving At The Right Slice

It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving is just a little over a week away!

Most years we are in full prep and prepare mode by now.  This year is a little different.

Of course, if you have been following us, you know we have been unable to ship pies during Covid, as UPS has not been guaranteeing 2 day delivery…so we don’t have our annual 2 week rush of baking and shipping to handle this year.  While we don’t have a timeline from UPS as to when they may again be guaranteeing deliveries, we have been notified of a price increase.  So…be prepared for your yummy Kauai pies to be a little more when the shipping does resume.  In the meantime, we are looking at some exciting shipping and pie options to add to our website very soon…so keep an eye out for some fun options while you are missing your pie!

Thanksgiving orders are due this Saturday, so if you are on island, please remember to order by 4 pm on Saturday.  No orders can be accepted after that date.  All pies after that date will be first come first served on the selection we have available at the time.

We are seeing a trend of smaller pies ordered this year, and we are happy to see folks are social distancing and limiting the size of their gatherings this year, as recommended.  If you have a small group, consider our Baby Pies which serve 5-6 people…or one if you REALLY love it.

We will be open Thanksgiving Eve from 11-6, closed Thanksgiving Day and will reopen our normal hours on Black Friday 12-6.

We are ever so thankful for all of your support these past 8 months, and for the 11 years we have been in business!  It is hard to believe that we will be celebrating our 6th year here in Kalaheo this week!  We are looking forward to many more!
