The Countdown Begins

There’s something special about this time of year on Kauaʻi. The air feels a little cooler, the markets a little busier, and the smell of cinnamon and butter seems to linger longer in the bakery. Thanksgiving is coming — and for us here at The Right Slice, that means one thing: pie season has officially begun!

Every Thanksgiving, we’re reminded how lucky we are to be part of such a generous, loving community. Whether you’ve been part of our ʻohana since our early Hanapēpē days, or you’re spending your first holiday here on the Garden Island, we’re grateful for you.

This season, we’re baking up all your favorites — from Grandma’s Pumpkin Pie to Macadamia Nut Pie — along with a few festive surprises. And yes, we’re now taking Thanksgiving orders!

Orders can be placed on our website, in person, or by phone, and the deadline is Friday, November 21 at 6 p.m. HST. Pick-up will be Wednesday, November 26 — 11 a.m.–6 p.m. at our Kalaheo bakery, or 3:30–6 p.m. at the Kukuiʻula Culinary Market in Poʻipū.

We can even prepare a few gluten-free or no-sugar-added options for those who need them — just ask early, as these special pies are baked in limited batches.

So, sharpen your forks and clear some fridge space — Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to bake for you again.
