Your Wednesday Could Use a Market Stop

Nov 4, 2026

Some errands are simply errands. You park, grab what you need, and head home. A farmers’ market has a way of turning that same part of the day into something you actually look forward to. You might arrive with a short shopping list and leave with dinner ideas, a conversation you didn’t know you needed, and something delicious you hadn’t planned on buying. There’s something wonderful about that.

Wednesdays bring the Kukuiʻula Culinary Market in Poʻipū from 3:30–6 p.m., and we love being part of that afternoon rhythm. It’s a chance to step away from the day’s demands, wander a little, and meet some of the people behind the food you bring home. There’s a different kind of connection when you can ask a question across a table. What would you recommend? What should I try first? What would travel well to a friend’s house? A quick exchange can turn an unfamiliar purchase into a new favorite.

November is an especially good month to make those connections. With family meals, visiting friends, and holiday gatherings ahead, a market stroll can spark ideas before the planning starts to feel like another job. And you don’t have to be hosting anything to enjoy yourself. Pick up something for your own evening. Take a few minutes to browse. Let dinner be inspired by what catches your eye rather than what’s been sitting on your usual grocery list.

Come find The Right Slice, say aloha, and see what sounds good that day. Whether you’re firmly committed to your favorite or ready to try a different direction, we’re always happy to talk pie. Sometimes the best part of Wednesday is the stop you make on the way home.
